The space

The house is fully equipped and perfect for 2 families. Bedroom configuration : 1x King bedroom and 1 Queen bedroom, both with ensuite bathroom, plus an additional two queen bedrooms, sharing a third bathroomand an additional powder room.

There is a rumpus room with Foxtel TV (limited channels), as well as books and board games for children and adults to enjoy.

The Sun Room, with a free-to-air TV, is great for relaxing in the afternoon with a book, or just a separate area for the adults.

The inside dining table easily seats eight for dinner. There are four stools along the spacious kitchen island bench. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, including oven and dishwasher, overlooking the vineyard.
The large pantry has a shelf full of condiments that guests are welcome to use - spices, salt, pepper, oil etc. A central double-sided fireplace heats the entire house.

The huge alfresco area hosts an outdoor kitchen, complete with BBQ, beer fridge and sink. The dining table overlooks the pool, set in front of an amazing rural backdrop. The perfect spot to enjoy lazy long lunches or bbq dinners in the warmer months. There are sun lounges and umbrellas inside the glass-fenced pool area for your enjoyment. The verandah that overlooks the main lawn and vineyard has a day bed, and is a favourite spot to sit for an afternoon vino and tasting plate. The grassed area in front of the vineyard is perfect for a game of botchie, soccer or other games.

There is a table tennis table and pool table in the garage for even more fun and games. You will also find beach chairs, body boards, buckets and spades provided, so feel free to use them while out and about during your stay. There is a large trampoline, rope swings, climbing frame and basket ball hoop (BYO basketball) on the property for the kids.Enjoy exploring down by the dam year round, or stream (in cooler months) with good old-fashioned leaf boat races. **Children to be supervised at all times**

The property is set on 10 acres of bushland so there is plenty to explore. You may even be lucky enough to meet our resident kangaroos. You will not see any other houses or neighbours so you really will feel secluded. However, please be aware we do have neighbours and noise travels, so please be respectful in the evenings and if you are playing music outside, be mindful of the volume as the evening gets later. The laundry has a washing machine for your use, and a dryer in the garage, should you need it. There is a clothesline outside the laundry, as well as inside the garage. We keep the property stocked with handwash, body wash, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher pellets, washing power, tissues, toilet paper, tea, coffee and sugar.
