House Rules
No leavers. No parties or events. No extra people at the property other than paying guests. No excessive noise after 10pm. Dogs not to be left unattended. No campers, tents or caravans intended to be used as extra accomodation permitted on the property.
Other Details to Note
BYO pool towels unless hire towels have been previously arranged (at least one weeks notice is required and extra charges apply). ***Please note the two queen bedrooms both contain a loft with access to the beds by a narrow timber stair case. We do not recommend these rooms for toddlers, young children, or persons with access disabilities. These rooms are best suited to older children, teenagers and possibly young adults who don’t mind a cosy sleeping space. Although the mattresses are queen size, they are not intended for couples, due to the limited space between the ceiling and floor. Please see photos of these bedrooms for more clarification. There is plenty of space in each bedroom on the ground level for luggage and chill out areas. It is only the sleeping space itself that is cosy. We supply a limited amount of wood for the indoor fireplace in the Games Cave only. Please bring extra bags of wood, which can be purchased from most petrol stations, if you wish to use the fire pit and/or for heavy use of the Games Cave fireplace. Extra charges will apply if excessive amounts of wood have been used. Use of Fire pit permitted May-Nov only. The coffee machine is a Nespresso Creatista Uno pod machine. We provide some pods to get you started, however, if you are big coffee drinkers you might like to bring extra. The electric pool pump is set in a timer which turns off each night. In order to keep the pool temperate at its optimum level, we highly recommend pulling the pool cover on in-between swims and especially at night. If you fail to do this, the water temperature will drop. Strictly no leavers, events or parties. With neighbours close by, we ask that noise levels are dropped between 8pm and 9am. Excessive noise will not be tolerated. When booking this house you have considered and agreed to these conditions. A travel cot and high chair is available for guest use at no extra cost (no need to ask). Please BYO cot linen specific to your baby's needs. Dogs (to be kept outside) may be considered by previous arrangement only, for an extra fee. Please note dogs are never to be left unattended at the property. This rule comes under the new Code of Conduct for holiday properties in this region. Owners to provide pets bedding and anything else they require. 1.5 bathrooms consists of… 1 x large bathroom with bath, double shower, double sinks and seperate toilet 1 x toilet located next to the Games Cave - a short walk from the house.
