The house has four bedrooms with two separate bathrooms. Perfect for two families or small groups of adults. The living, dining area, kitchen and king bedroom have unbelievable views of the ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your essentials including coffee machine, dishwasher, hot plate and an oven. There is an electric fireplace in the main living area creating ambience and warmth in winter, as well as a reverse cycle air-conditioning unit. The laundry is fully equipped with washer, dryer and a clothes line outside. Bedroom 1 has ocean views and one king bed. Bedroom 2 has one queen bed. Bedroom 3 has two singles. Bedroom 4 has two singles, a TV and an additional private entrance door. The bedrooms are not air-conditioned like the main living area but all have ceiling fans and fresh sea breezes through open windows. Oil heaters provided in cooler months. There are shaded patio areas on both sides of the house for relaxing. You might prefer to have a snooze by the ocean on the hammock hung between Peppi trees. Separating the house from the beach is a grassed area for the kids to play, as well as a secret fairy garden and plenty of bushland to explore. We supply tennis rackets and balls for the tennis court, as well as a beach umbrella, beach chairs and some beach toys. We just ask these are all returned to their original place upon departing. ***Please wear suitable foot wear (sneakers) on the tennis court.***

Strictly no driving, parking or riding bikes/ scooters on the tennis court. No parties No pets No additional visitors to property. No climbing and jumping off the sand bag retaining wall. Please do not use dingy. No excessive noise after 10pm. Please respect our neighbours.

We do not supply beach towels unless previously requested for an additional charge. A travel cot and highchair are available at the property. BYO cot linen specific to your baby's needs. Guests are free to use tennis rackets and beach equipment. Please use these items responsibly and hose down and return to storage area after use. Please do not use the dinghy. ** Please note, due to legal requirements we are no longer able to supply kayaks or paddleboards for guest use. Guests are welcome to bring their own or contact their host for local hire options. A portable BBQ is provided but will be stored away in cooler months or when bad weather is forecasted. Strictly no parking on tennis court. Please refrain from climbing and jumping off the sandbag retaining wall. These bags can break and are very hard and painful for little ankles to land on buried under shallow sand. Please use the right-of-way passage on the right-hand side of the property for beach access when carrying kayaks to and from the water. Thank you. No excessive noise after 10pm.
