*Please note, for safety reasons, children under the age of 12 are not permitted at this property. Enjoy endless ocean views from every room in the house! On the first level, the lateral open plan living, dining and fully equipped kitchen connect seamlessly for a spacious, yet homely beach house feel. The cosy wood fireplace in the living area can be enjoyed in the cooler months of May to November. A reverse cycled heating/cooling system reaches every room in the house for year-round comfort. A queen bedroom, with ensuite, and a king bedroom, with ensuite, are accessible from the first level. On the second level, adjoining a second lounge, is a third bedroom with ensuite. The sleeping configuration for this room is twin single beds. The deck and seating from the tower, at roof level, boast spectacular, uninterrupted views of the ocean. Surrounding two sides of the house is a spacious outdoor deck/verandah, with multiple seating areas. The melaleuca trees surrounding the BBQ area, makes for a more sheltered space whilst dining outdoors. The front deck, with lounge seating and sun loungers, is the perfect spot to laze about whilst enjoying views of the ocean. A fully equipment laundry with a washing machine and dryer is situated on the ground level. There is also a 4th toilet in the laundry.
House Rules
1. We do not accept children under 12 years old at this property. 2. No parties. No school leavers. No wedding groups. No events. 3. No loud music or excessive rowdy behaviour will be tolerated. 4. Fire restrictions must be strictly observed, outdoor fires strictly forbidden at all times of year at this property. 5. No shoes to be worn inside the house. 6. Visitors of guests must be pre-approved and are not permitted to stay overnight.
Other Details to Note
We do not allow children, under 12 years old, at this property. This is in no way a party house. If your intentions are late nights and rowdy behaviour, please keep looking, as this property is not the right fit for you. Beach towels can be provided for an extra fee. Please request at time of booking. We supply a limited amount of wood for the indoor fireplace only. Additional bags of wood can be purchased from most petrol stations. The house has reverse cycled heating and cooling systems throughout. We have neighbours close by. Please respect noise levels at all times. No shoes to be worn inside the house. Some shoes, especially stilettos, can damage the soft wood flooring. Please use outdoor shower to remove all sand before coming into house after beach visits. Guests agree to pay for all damages incurred to the property and/or contents throughout their stay. Hotel quality linen is provided, as well as, Eco Store soaps and quality, fully recycled toilet paper. A quick lawn maintenance visit may occur during mid- week stays (between Tues-Thurs fortnightly).

Accessibility and Availability
Neighborhood
The property is a short stroll to the picturesque, Yallingup Lagoon, and popular surf spots, Main Break and Rabbits. Coastal hiking, running and mountain biking trails can be accessed nearby. The iconic Caves House, is also within walking distance. A 10 minute drive will take you to some of the best cafes, restaurants, attractions and wineries in the region, as well as, Dunsborough Town. Margaret River is a scenic 37 minute drive, with multiple opportunities to check out sights, attractions and wineries along the way.
Guest Access
Guests can access the entire house, except for one locked upstairs bedroom and a few locked storage cupboards. You may find some "in-progress" construction projects at the rear of the house. Please stay clear of this area but there will not be any construction work throughout the period of your stay. This rear area of the house is seldom used and avoiding it will not affect your stay.
