Accessibility and Availability

Neighborhood

Neighborhood Eagle Bay is a small, exclusive coastal enclave at the tip of Cape Naturaliste with white-sand beaches and clear, sheltered waters on Geographe Bay. The vibe is relaxed and upmarket—holiday homes, beach access, coastal bush and short drives to Dunsborough for cafes, retail therapy and restaurants. Key nearby points: Eagle Bay beach, Bunker Bay, Meelup Regional Park, Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse. Yallingup Beach and the Margaret River wine and cave attractions a short drive south.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the whole house, except for the locked studio and a few locked storage cupboards. You are free to roam the property but please be aware there is an unfenced water catchment (dam) area on the property so please supervise children at all times.

Find us

Getting around Car is the most practical option — streets are low-density and attractions/shops are spread out. Dunsborough (6–10 min) has groceries, cafes and local services; Busselton (25–35 min) has larger shops and the long Busselton Jetty. Busselton Margaret River Airport (Yalyalup) is the nearest airport (about 35–45 minutes by car). Limited local public transport — regional buses and TransBusselton routes serve Dunsborough/Busselton but may not directly serve Caladenia Close; taxis, rideshares and private transfers operate from the airport. Walking and cycling are excellent for short local trips and beach access, but distances to towns are easier by car.
